Short, honest answers while ajuna is in private beta. If something here doesn't match what you're seeing, tell us — that's a bug in the page or the product, and we want to know either way.
Getting started
The only habit ajuna asks of you is capture. There are three ways in:
- On your phone — share to ajuna from any app, or record a voice note and let it become an entry on its own.
- On your Mac — the capture box lives in the menu bar. Select anything anywhere and press ⌃⌥C to grab it.
- In your browser — the extension saves the page you're reading, with its context, in one click.
“Which app does this go in?”
You mostly don't decide — that's the point. Capture into mine, the suite's front door, and it suggests where the thing belongs: a recipe heads to hive, a note about a friend to ties, a date to your calendar. If it guesses wrong, redirect it — the correction sticks with the entry.

Who can see what?
Most of ajuna is private to you alone. Two apps are shared with your household — kept (the family shelf) and hive (household operations) — because those describe things a family owns together. Nothing you capture becomes visible to anyone unless you put it somewhere shared on purpose.
Your data
The full details live in the privacy policy and the list of subprocessors. The short version: your data is isolated to your account and your family at the database layer, it's never sold, and there are no ads. If you leave, ask and we'll delete your account and everything in it, promptly and completely.
